You have some awesome pieces here Mitch. I wish you could post maybe half a dozen at a time though.

For a long time this reigned as the only Frogman with a serial number on the caseback. Just 1000 were made and highly unusually, it was issued with no RRP so that retailers could charge what they liked. They sold out immediately and the colour combination was so popular that complaints were made to Casio and in 2001 they issued the DW-8200NT2 which was basically the same but was not a numbered edition and was produced in greater numbers with a RRP.

Still in the year 2000 here is the 'Real Black' Frogman DW-8200BK.

This was part of the 'Real Black' series and is one of the most sought after DW-8200 Frogman.

Now 2010 and the GWF-1000G model. This was a limited run and was a bit of an homage to the original gold 'King of Frogman'.

Awesome comparison! I've a GWF-1000G too and it's the only Frog I have now (used to also have a GF-1000 but sold it). With the introduction of the new D1000 Frogs, the 1000 series seems outdated.

    Re: My collection.

Well I will post about another series of which I have many, the MRG's

Here are the first MRG's from 1996, the MRG-1's. They are the only ones with resin bezels and unfortunately these bezels seem to suffer resin rot more than most, intact examples are getting rare nowadays.

The next MRG issued was the MRG-100 still in 1996. These were the now familiar all metal watches, well made and sold at high prices.

    Here is a MRG-100 and MRG-110T.

Great collection, Sir. That Bape/Stussy Frog is excellent!

Now 1997 with the MRG-120, the first analogue MRG. This is the MRG-120TL, a bit of a brutish looking thing. Unusually it had a leather strap, which looked a bit wimpy on it actually due to its narrow width, it currently sits on a wide 'Swiss Mountain Commando strap, though I have the original as well.

Late in 1997 Casio issued the MRG-200 series. I have the watch in SS and titanium.

    Re: My collection.

In 1998 the MRG-121 was issued. This was a better looking watch than the 120's and is great value if you can find one as they are much rarer than the 120's.

    Here is the titanium MRG121T.

Later Casio issued an Eric Clapton collaboration based on the 121, the MRG-121TEC, this was the first black IP plated MRG, very hard to find and pricey.

    Re: My collection.

In late 1998 the MRG Tactician was issued. This is a bit of a classic and is a bit underrated. This is the all titanium MRG-1000T.

This is the MRG-1000TK Kenwood Cup model. This is a very rare model indeed, hardly ever seen so not many can have been issued. Issued to celebrate Casio's success in the yacht race.

    Quite a bit of 'bling'!

    Re: My collection.

June 1999 and the MRG-1100T Frogman (already posted) under the Frogs.

I actually have two of these so I can post it again!

The other watch there is from July 1999 and is the MRG-1200T Revman.

These are great brutish watches with a very attractive almost art deco case design. Three model were issued and I have all three.
