    My collection.

I have been asked before to show my collection but I have so many it is not really possible to show them in one or a few pictures.

I think I will post a couple every day or so as that will be easier though it will take some time!

I will start with my Frogman in date order.

Here is the DW-8200B from 1995, known as the 'King of Frogs' and was the most expensive to buy for many years until the era of mega expensive G Shocks.

I actually have a full new set of resin, screws and bezel screws for this as well, Cost a pretty penny!

Moving on to 1997 with the DW-8200MB-1VT, 'Man in Black', which is the export version of the 8200Z-1T, 'Man in Black' making it less common than the Japanese version. Its bezel colour is more silvery than bright white as in the 'Z'.

    Re: My collection.

Moving to the year 2000 Casio issued two special 'America's Cup' Frogman, one in 'Smoke' Jelly and the other in Yellow, the DW-8200ACs.

I have both but I bought the Jelly one intending to dye it as it had 'yellowed' quite a bit. However, when I got it the changed colour was pretty unique so I have left it for now.

The Yellow one is one of the best looking of the DW-8200 Frogman.

    Re: My collection.

Still in 2000, here is the DW-8200NT-4JR.

For a long time this reigned as the only Frogman with a serial number on the caseback. Just 1000 were made and highly unusually, it was issued with no RRP so that retailers could charge what they liked. They sold out immediately and the colour combination was so popular that complaints were made to Casio and in 2001 they issued the DW-8200NT2 which was basically the same but was not a numbered edition and was produced in greater numbers with a RRP.

Still in the year 2000 here is the 'Real Black' Frogman DW-8200BK.

This was part of the 'Real Black' series and is one of the most sought after DW-8200 Frogman.

Ok this is the last of the DW-8200 series Frogman, the DW-8201GF-4JF.

Here is the DW-9950LG. This series was a little bit smaller than the 8200s and had an upgraded module.

    Re: My collection.

Moving on to the GW-200 series.

Here is the GW-202K-2JR from 2002. It is an 'Dolphin and Whale' model and is very hard (and pricey) to find in mint condition as the blue coating tended to flake away with extended use.

Still in 2002 here is the GW-200BC 'Black Helios' model.

Casio sometimes come up with some strange concepts when naming a series, not sure what the hell 'Black Helios' means in relation to this series of watches.

This is rarely seen and its most distinguishing feature is its pink eye.

    Re: My collection.

Now in 2003, the GW-203K-4JR. This model has become more popular over the years and is quite striking.

Now up to 2004. The GW-200CF 'Brazilian Frog'. Desirable and pricey. This is the Addict version of which there are 400.

    Re: My collection.

Moving to 2007, this is the GW-225C 'Master Blue'. It has a bluish LCD screen. This was issued as a special edition for the G Shock 25th anniversary. It had the smallest issue number of all the 25th anniversary models and you don't see them around very much these days.

This is from 2008, the LRG Frog GW-200KLRG. This was a very limited edition and is very sought after, the Japanese are especially keen as more were issued in the West than in Japan. Prices are very high for this one.
