Thumbs Up New Addition G-Shock BW3000

Decided to finally give a G-Shock a try after reading about how much people are loving them. Picked one up from a member (Thanks Blue bird quick shipping and a smooth transaction) and just arrived today. So far loving it. Just a couple initial thoughts.

Love the look. Feel like I am wearing a tank for a watch that can take any beating. Not as big as I expected given that its supposed to be 50 mm. Might be the border around the face but at a glance looks smaller than my Citizen Calibre 2100 which is 45 mm. Also not as heavy as I expected. Face looks complicated and looking forward to playing around with all the features especially the atomic time setting. Bought the model with metal bracelet but not liking the feel, so prob get some replacement rubber straps.

Nice on! I drooled a LOT over the blue 3000 - almost got to be my first analogue G.

Just a random update for those thinking about getting this one. After wearing it for a while still loving the look and feel. Also changed my mind of replacing the bracelet. After wearing it for a bit it is pretty damn comfortable because of how light it it. Just hope the black PVD doesnt fade too soon.
