New to the forum! Hey! (Question)

    Hey guys!

I'm new here and just introducing myself.

Anyway, I have a GW 200MS-1 and I just got it like a 4 days ago. All of sudden a bar is gone and I can't get it back full again. I put it in light to charge, but nothing.

How long does it take to charge??? Right now I have it under a lamp and it's been maybe an hour.

    Thanks for reading guys!

just wait for a sunny day and put it on and go outside. You'll be fully charged in no time.

IMHO, the ML2016 solar battery used in the Frogman takes a longer time to charge compared to CTL1616 used in other solar Gs.

Just give your Frogman some time to charge.

It's been 3-4 days, but ok. I will wait for a sunny day. That might take a while since it's been raining for the past 2 days.

    Thanks for the replies guys!

    Thanks for the welcome!

But what I don't understand is the watch is only a few days old. It shouldn't lose a bar so fast. I read somewhere it should take 5 months on a full charge. I guess it wasn't fully charged.

Anyway, I will keep you guys updated.

    Hi HeavyComponent,

Welcome on our G-Forum. No worries. You are not the only one in the rain. I just returned from Charleroi Airfield (south of Brussels) picking up my girlfriend and spend 4 hours driving through rain. Sunny days will come. The battery not only takes a long time to charge, but they hold an enormous capacity of energy.

If the bar just dropped today or yesterday, it can run in the dark for quite a few months.

    Cheers,

    Sjors
