This is one of the dressiest and also the smallest Baby-G I've ever come across. The MSG-10D is styled much in the way of traditional ladies' watches, ie: tiny, bracelet-like with only the basic hour/min hand function. See the specs here:

They come in several dial colors, of which my significant other's is a patterned silver dial (MSG-10D-7D). The case diameter is a diminutive 27mm across excl. the crown.

I guess only Casio could have pulled it off having prior experience with the Gs and Baby-Gs.
