The GW9300 will torment your cat, steal and sell your library card, record over your wedding video and most probably key your car just for a giggle. Nobody on the WUS forum with a GW9300 will admit to this as it has their Paypal password and has threatened to buy the Glee DVD box set or sign them up to the Fruit of the month club. I'm sorry but it had to be said, the man deserves to know the truth.

Yes, this watch makes you sexy and you know it when wearing in public... and pressing the buttons makes you feel like going to war for some action

adventure on any types of weather... I definitely don't recommend buying this =) I hope that helps.

Something bad about the 9300? ...Hmm, well, the case design is not as distinctive or attractive as the 9000/9010, and the extra size makes it less likely to sit comfortably under a shirt cuff.

Yes, but easy-to-press buttons are for wimps.

I actually like the firmness of my 9010 buttons. I know I'll never press them in error, and frankly I'm puzzled by the generally put about myth that they're in some way problematic. I don't have super-strong fingers or anything, and I don't have any problems operating my watch. OK, so I did boil the bezel for 20 minutes to soften it up a little, but to be honest that was more because I had never boiled a bezel before and it somehow seemed fun to do.

Now that is what I call an answer!
That'll put me off for a good 24 hours.

I've heard that the presence of ghosts / spirits could affect the 9300's compass accuracy :D (j/k)

A short Tutorial on „How to use and calibrate a Casio Altimeter“:

    1. Attach a string to your Casio AB(C) watch (feel free to use any length)
    2. Abseil the watch into an Abyss until you hold the string’s end between your fingers
    3. Get the watch up again
    4. Use a measuring tape to measure the string length
    5. Success! Now you have carefully calibrated the Altimeter
    6. Important!!! The Altimeter Lock will stay enabled, unless you shorten or lengthen the string

Okay I'll give it another try. They are not the Men in Military colours, they are the Men in Earth colours (this is unbelievable but the truth). Therefore if you buy one you will be admitting publicly to being a full blown hippy. Hippies don't get taken very seriously at all so you will probably lose your job and unless your significant other is also a hippy she will probably leave you for a more butch masculine man, probably the milkman who wears a Timex Ironman. Your kids will tag Facebook pictures of you with your watch, the tag will say "lame hippy wannabee parental unit with his "earth tone watch" what a derp". Your parents will start to question their parenting skills and most probably not invite you to Christmas dinner in case friends turn up and ask uncomfortable questions about their unemployed, divorced and slightly odd son. Questions like "why is he taking pictures of his wrist watch next to the turkey".

    My work here is done.

The best reason not to buy one is because the rest of us either own one or want one.

Do you really really REALLY want to be like us?

    Think hard, young Jedi. :p
