    USPS process

Do you ever look at the tracking information and wonder what in the world is going on? It's a miracle our watches actually make it to us. After ISC NY, I usually see a couple of stops before my hometown in upstate NY. This one's made 4 stops already. At least one or two more to go. Sometimes I think they're messing with me:

    Re: USPS process

I lose track after they leave a USPS location to travel overseas, only one package got lost in their Georgia facility....still upset about that, but it's the cheapest shipping option....just glad the package wasn't too expensive, I figure I lost $150 on that shipment. About 25 other packages made it without issues, but with all the points inbetween Thailand and the US, I am surprised any of them make it.

    Re: USPS process

My favorite is when they can't make the delivery on the scheduled date, so they mark it "unable to deliver in/at box" and drop it the next day. UPS has been worse for me. Had a package two hrs from my house in TN, then it went down to Mississippi before coming back 2 days later.

Encourage someone. The world has enough critics.

    Re: USPS process

I should also state that all my packages leave from my home in the US and shipped from the same Post Office, yet none of them ever travel the same direction when heading here, some go thru NY, some thru GA, some thru IL, there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to how they handle them.

    Re: USPS process

At first I was happy that my watch was arriving to the U.S. so quickly, but now I'm getting impatient. I want my first G-Shock to arrive so I can take a scalpel to it. :P

Your watch is having a grand ol' time at the expense of your patience and anticipation, lol.

"When the shadow of the sash appeared in the curtains it was between seven and eight o'clock and then I was in time again, hearing the watch. It was Grandfather's and when Father gave it to me he said I give you the mausoleum of all hope and desire.... I give it to you not that you may remember time, but that you might forget it now and then for a moment and not spend all your breath trying to conquer it."

    Re: USPS process

Try this on for size, I got "address does not exist" from UPS . Called and they said, yes, you are correct it is a valid address. I was like all the bills get here, why can't you. It was sent out the next day express with big writing on box, "ADDRESS VALID!". had it by 9am.

When your watch takes a day to get from Osaka to LA, but then sits in customs for three days (so far)....
