Where to buy my first G from?

Hey guys I'm new to the forum, and am looking for a reliable place to buy my first GA110 from. I purchase a lot of items on amazon, and have found the 110 on there, but I've read a lot about fakes and am a little nervous about getting scammed. How reliable is Amazon? Should I look elsewhere? If so where? Thanks for your help, can't wait to get my first one!

    Hi

Well done on deciding to get your first G. Sounds like your wanting to buy online. There are many good websites that are reputable, several are mentioned on here alot. The ones I have used that have been fantastic with genuine watches are Chino Watches and Seiya Japan. Chino has a few more G-Shocks on the site that Seiya. If you contact them they may be able to source the watch for you. But both are great to deal with. Creation watches and Sky watches are both good also. they have the model you want. I have used them for other brands not g-shocks but they are good also.

There is also SuperChrono, they have about 360 or so g-shocks at any one time, with some limited editions and plenty of variations. I have never used them so not sure what they are like but to me they are a bit overpriced.

I brought a g-shock of amazon once before and they were fine.

A good indicator is price, look at the general market value on sites like amazon and compare, if they seem too cheap thats a red flag. Google for reviews about the site or do a search on here and you should get an idea of what sites people on here use for their g-shock addiction!

    Cheers

I wouldn't be concerned about getting a fake from Amazon, assuming it's purchased from Amazon proper (and not an affiliate seller, etc.) I've purchased at least three different Gs from Amazon and all were fine.

If you need a JDM model, Seiya Japan and Chino Watch should be your first choices. Both provide world-class customer service and they ship FAST. I can't recommend them enough.

Watch-tanaka is also good, as well as rakuten, been able to score some not so common shocks from there.

I have ordered lots of stuff other than G-Shocks from Amazon without any issues. I find Seiya and Chino to be expensive, could someone who has ordered from them respond. You can order directly from GShock. If anyone knows of other sources, please let us know.
