Your worst G, but you just can't let it go.

Topic says it all. What's your worst G-Shock, but you just can't let it go.
And please, list some of the plusses and cons, becouse we are interested.

Mine's a GA-100(A-7AER). It's really a crippled module. I just cant find anything good (techinically speaking) from it, it's a total steaming pile of turd.

+ White color matches great with my green hoodie.
+ LCD displays are almost readable in dark with the amber light.
    + Cost me 50€

    - No lume
    - No beeps in menu
    - Low beep sound in alarm/CDT
    - in WT you can only go in one direction unlike in GD-350.

Haha, I used to have one of those in the black with red accents. Got rid of it after a mere 2 months or so due to severe desire for flippage, but I can see why you still like yours. It's got a cool aesthetic side to it especially in that color.

My worst G is a G-9000BP with its bog standard features, purple negative display, stiff buttons, the annoying "ribs" on the back and the mysteriously sized strap which somehow manages to leave a lot of people with varying wrist sizes in between holes. I still like it for the very cool Dual Illuminator backlight scheme and the fact that it is very small for a G-Shock.

Here's an old photo of it.

Goes as a bracelet with some functions.

I have the exact same model and same feelings. Used fight from the place with DW-6900SB-8, but those stiff buttons and strap holder that always needs to be placed back on the strap really gives G-9000BP least wrist time.

My G9000 gets the least wrist time as well.
Stiff buttons, and ugly, but feels indestructible and is otherwise very practical.
Tends to get worn when gardening, or mowing lawns or at football training, or anywhere else it's likely to get banged up.

Come to think of it, isn't a G-Shock to meant to take abuse beyond any other watch? Which means the G we all hate the most - in this case the G9000s which we only wear when a watch is most likely to be damaged - is actually the quintessential one in our collections? Hahaha!

I agree with some of your points, but the GA-100 has a 24 hour CDT, unlike most Casio ana-digis.

    Mine is this GA120

It's easily the G in my collection I like least. However, I still love it. I'm new to G's and have been building my collection, so all of mine are relatively new. I've been wearing others, but this will come around with wrist time, I'm sure.

Cons: I was warned that the GA120's were hard to read, and it's turned out to be a little more true than I even thought it would be. However, I did believe the warnings going in, so I purposely chose one with some contrast between the hands and the background. The negative display renders the digital readouts mostly useless to me, but I also knew that going in.

Pros: I love the rose gold steampunk-ish indudstrial look of it. I just got a nice G Steel that will be my dressy G, but this fills a nice semi-dressy inbetween role between the G Steel and my digitals.

You typo'd, it's a 110. And I love that model. It's the great thing about G's, so much variety.
