1959 Bulova back from getting cleaned up - Pic Heavy...

I took my 1959 Bulova over to the local watch shop to get cleaned up a bit last week, finally got it back today...Although not everything could be cleaned to perfection (dial, hands..hey, its a '59!) Looks 20 times better than before! Let me know your thoughts.

    Thanks for posting.
I love these classic Bulovas. I think they offer one of the best values for money of any vintage brand. This one is a particularly nice model.

I used to have that exact watch! Where'd you get it?

it is a super cool dial and scalloped bezel in person, pictures never seemed to capture it in all it's glory. I had to let it go based solely on it's size. It was way too small on my wrist.

I can't remember, did that one have an American or German auto movement in it?

Thanks all, I'm pretty sure it was American made. Although it's small on my wrist, I think I'll keep this one around.
