These are some numbers I've compiled from around the internet for approximate annual production, i know the numbers aren't quite accurate for some but it's the best I could do, feel free to make changes by copying and editing (bolding what you updated) below.
It was simply out of curiosity and the lack of a better source.

Rolex ca 3300 every day!
The few watchmakers at the factory will only work on high end watches?
