I sent a package to Georgia from PA via registered priority.
After noticing that online package tracking did not update for about 5 days, I called the post office and they told me that there is no record of scan when it went to the depot.
The lady will get back to me in few hours (I am VERY Anxious)
I got insurance on it so it is no issue (I will still be VERY unhappy though-Not as much as the buyer I suppose).
BUT, does anyone know how smooth the insurance process is?
What document do I have to produce? I mean, all the papers to prove the value of the product is inside the box.
How long do I have to wait until I file the claim?
