    Best AR coating?

Hi guys, just wanted to know who does the best AR coating in the biz? i suddenly had the bright idea of having all my watches redone or if they do not have any AR, might as well have them coated.

    best,

    Paul,

Find an optical store in your area and ask them to do it. It may take a bunch of calls but it will be way cheaper than having someone else do it. You will have to take them just the crystal though.

    MOTORCITYWATCHWORKS

Under steer is when you hit the wall with your front end. Over steer is when you hit the wall with your rear end. Horsepower is how hard you hit the wall. Torque is how far you move the wall.

Google industrialwatchworks and check their price list, I think AR coating is listed at $85

    Re: Best AR coating?

I prefer non-AR coating. I have had assorted Rolex, Oris and Omega with and without AR. I could never tell the difference between AR and non-AR, I tried for a few years. However, I did have watches with AR on the outside which became scratched fairly well-not the crystal but the AR. The only way I would get it is the AR inside only, not outside the crystal.
