I wear bigger watches than that, and I'm female! Of course it depends on your tastes, but with your wrist and today's watch sizes...you could go much bigger that that. Nice Omega, BTW!

In a word - yes. But I wouldn't go much larger than that. Maybe 43, 44 mm, if the lugs were right.
But, personally, to my eye, that looks like a perfect fit.

But conversely the dolphins believed themselves to be more intelligent than man for precisely the same reasons."

to me, the size is just about right. i wouldn't go bigger than that. but, that's just me.
as others have mentioned, you could go a bit larger given the today's trend toward larger watches. but not much.

I also think that's close to the maximum size you should buy. Much larger and the lugs will overhang your wrist, causing the strap or bracelet to hang straight down. That makes it look like an 8 year old wearing daddy's watch. Nice watch.
I think that looks just about perfect on you. I think an upper size would be where the lugs are exactly the same as the width of your wrist, but a little smaller does look better to me.

I think it looks good. I come from the "as long as the lugs dont hang over the sides of your wrist, you can go bigger" school of thought.
