Sent my M17 in for a minor look-see, and Chris turned it around very quickly - 1 week from dropping it off at the post office to wearing it again. he also sent along two new spring bars to replace the ones I dinged up taking the bracelet off. The bracelet fits VERY tightly. Rattles will never be an issue :^)

Chris is the best. I've always had great service from Lum-Tec. I glad I was able to pick up some of these early watches in the M and B series. Lum-Tec is going places!

I see a lot of people looking for the early B's and M's. I suspect when the present models dry up the same thing will happen. Especially with the M16-M18. You gotta love limited edition watches that are truly limited. =)

An experience with a different boutique brand has made me appreciate just how great Chris and the gang at Lum-Tec are. "Service with a smile" sounds cliche, but it's so true in their case. It's why you hear nary a bad word about them anywhere- they just treat people right.
