Hamilton..What's the difference

I'm trying to figure out the difference between two Hamilton watches

H71416137 and H71456533 These are mostly the same picture but in some cases they use a pic with an all white second hand and no red.

Are these watches different or not?

No difference referring to the movement which is an ETA/Valjoux 7750. Case diameter and height are 38/15. Dials are different, hands are different. The one comes with ss bracelet, the other with strap.
