Most overpriced watches...

I'm relatively new here...I was just wondering what watches you guys thought were overpriced, and what reasons put them in that category...So far most people on here seem to be very knowledgable and have far more extensive watch info/collections than me so any responses are appreciated...I'm wanting to start expanding my collection and learn as I go...

This is often a flamewar question. Especially on pieces where you're paying for style, which is a very personal estimation.

Stuff I think is ugly is overpriced.

one mens junk is another mens treasure , their are no over priced watches since they all do simple functions.

tells time and it can be considered as jewelry.

this is a thread that has the potential for getting really ugly really quickly. there are some that hold their value better than others and there are some brands (most) that do not. ultimatly it comes down to how you feel about a piece and what you feel it is worth. i am certain you will here this statement on this forum "buy what you like" and post pictures.

Solid Gold watches are overpriced. I would not mind to pay the Market price for Gold extra, but you pay several 100% more.
