I believe all the following are members of the same family. I dont really see why central seconds would cause an issue but then Im not a watchmaker.
Zenith 661 - Hours, Minutes
Zenith 670 - Central Seconds, Date
Zenith 672 - Central Seconds, Date, Central Dual Time Zone
Zenith 680 - Small Seconds, Date
Zenith 682 - Small Seconds, Date, Central 24h Dual Time Zone
There are varying grades of 2892's the top or chronometer grades are generally recognised as some of the finest mass produced movements ever to come out of Switzerland. I know this doesn't really answer your question, but it's not an easy black and white question to answer.
