My IWC Aquatimer with its new bracelet

I got few weeks ago the new IWC Aquatimer Chrono.
Fantastic watch that I love and enjoy but I got the model with the rubber strap.
I really didnt think about it at the time as I was so excited to get it but I am more of a bracelet man.
When I got the watch I really enjoyed it but something was missing.
Yes you guessed correctly a bracelet.

So I went on a quest to get the bracelet.
The problem is that this watch is designed with a special mechanism for its strap/bracelet.
No pins just a little lever that goes into a groove in the case and keeps the watch secure, very easy to change the strap on this watch but this also means I cant get an after market bracelet and I got to get the original one.

Well these bracelets dont come up for sale very often but I was lucky enough to find one and I got it yesterday.
    And I LOVE IT!!!
    So happy I got it.

You be the judge, whic you like better the bracelet or strap ?

Bracelets definitely look better on dive watches. I switched to aftermarket rubber on my Oris TT1, but went back to the bracelet within a week.

Bracelet looks better. I'm thinking of getting the newer all brushed version of that bracelet with the double lock clasp for my Aquatimer but the $1750 retail price putting those plans on hold for now.
