I went to Ofrei.com, he supplies genuine Omega parts, and has a good database of case numbers, and caliber numbers to search by. I started here:Omega Watch Parts, Tools, Bracelets
Omega Watch Parts, Tools, Bracelets
Omega Watch Movement Parts Are Ordered By Caliber Number.
The caliber number is stamped on the watch movement.
The model name is not used to order Movement parts or Case parts,
please keep the name to yourself, since everything is done by numbers only. Case numbers are used to select all case parts (bezel, crown, crystals, dial, gaskets, bracelets).
The case number is located inside the back case.
The case number should look like these examples.
488 (very old three digits)
1488 (quite a few four digits)
15251 (some with 5 digits)
166.012 (if 6 digits always 3 then a point followed by 3 more digits)
172.0214 (if 7 digits always 3 then a point followed by 4 more digits)
You must give the color, since case number does not indicate color or metal.

I think the number you got off the movement, probably the bridge, would match a serial number on the underside of one of the lugs; it's a watch specific serial number. Not something generic to ID model type.
Pictures of the watch and mov't would probably go a long way. Is is quartz, manual, automatic, Omegamatic, and Omega only has 4 main lines: Seamaster, Speedmaster, Constellation, Deville. From there, it depends on the age of the watch.

Depending on the age there are ones in no line (just omegas) and the Geneve, flightmaster, railmaster, mariner lines and others that most have forgotten long ago.
if the second number is the serial number on the movement it should date from 1944-47 wich is before any of the modern lines (seamaster, constellation, deville, speedmaster, geneve) were created.
