    of the major manufacturers, that sounds about right. Seiko briefly had a line that looked just like the waveceptors, but that was fairly short lived.

    Wrong. Seiko still sell atomic quartz watches within its Brightz collectiom.

    Stauer also has a radio controlled watch. Price is quite low, and I suspect that the quality will match.

    But just for the record, Oceanus is a line of Casio watches - it is not a manufacturer.
