If I'm only taking one then there is no question, Doxa SUB 750T Pro.

Casio G-Shock 850-1. Dual time zones if I'm traveling far, not so expensive that I'll miss it should it be lost or stolen, accurate and durable in all vacation type situations.

Kiawah Island.....the best golf course I have ever played. My best friend dragged me to the course the Rider Cup was contested some years back; I ran out of golf balls and had to finish the round playing balls I borrowed from him.

Good point. I just got back from vacation Sunday. Took two - one a quartz on rubber strap that could go in the water, and the other a dressier watch on leather. Returned home with three!

If i can only take one it would be the Nautical Eclipse Chrono. Cheap, durable, and works well on a few different straps.

Just one? Would be my Citizen Skyhawk Blue Angels. Has multiple time zone, water resistant to 200m, chrono and looks appropriate at the pool or at dinner.

I'm actually leaving on Saturday for a vacation up in the mountains with my wife. After more than one sleepless night I have decided to wear a Seiko Solar chrono

sufficiently strong for all activities, not so expensive as to cause great worries in case of accidents, no danger of battery death
