Thanks for that, shame really because its a big, beautiful watch and the design is amazing but yeah - know nothing about it and for $600 anything could have happened to it.

Based on the bezel condition, I'd also be concerned about potential crystal damage. It's difficult to tell, from the photos.

It's definitely had its share of bumps and bruises. It can be tough to pass on something we like, but seems like the safest thing to do, in this case.

As someone has mentioned above, for that price, you could get a brand new Accutron Gemini which is a much nicer watch for the price. I would not spend my own money on this watch.

I think he suggests that is Made in PRC. Usually, this means of a substandard quality. I do not think he means having a Chinese look.
To me, it looks cheap. The price is a bot high, as it is nowhere clostbto being new.

I think thats the best option for me atm, I have been watch browsing for about 5 months now and given my budget, I haven't really found anything worth purchasing. But this line blows me away.

I'll keep looking and thanks a lot for the feedback!!

It was about 2995 USD new, it needs a polish and probably a service, the dial work on the Gothams were great,
    even under a 5x loupe.

Whats everyone's opinion on this then? It's $300 more, and I definitely have to use a payment plan - but its a beauty!

Never seen a non-chrono version, uses an ETA 2836, interesting.
