Hi Guys,
I've been trolling the internet the past week (every night) in an effort to find a good, simple, elegant watch design to purchase as my next watch.
Im currently wearing the Fossil Frank Gehry which is still (after ~3years) still holding its charm -well at least for me anyway.
I am now looking for something simple to wear and I cannot seem to find a watch that I am really sold on. Then I remember reading about a simple watch that i believe the designer is wearing himself? maybe not designer as it was back in 2005. the watch as i remember it was analog, simple watch face like the Easy Reader, dont remember if it had numbers or markers (no romans) had a white watch face, fabric or canvas band, the date at the number 3 position and had a red second hand that i remember was talked up to just touch the inside edge of each minute marker around the circumference of the watch dial.
I've taken a look around as i've mentioned earlier, and cannot find this watch. i thought it may be a mondaine watch but cannot seem to find this prerequisite. then i thought it might be an easy reader, as this style looks remarkably like what i remember. however I cannot find one that has this red second hand.
any help or recommendations for watches that look like a blend between the easy reader/mondaine series would be a great help, not only settle my mind, but also settle on a design that is intricate, elegant and simple in its design.
Looking forward to your advice.
Cheers
Simon
