Curious if anyone can make the seconds on a digital clock set to a slightly faster rate and also change the amount of days per month? Im working on something new and need the time and dates to be modified.

I figure a digital watch would be more of just adjusting the programing but if you can do those modifications with an Analog watch that would be just as great.
