Watches that look like an Omega Seamaster

I really can't afford an Omega Seamaster for a couple of years, unfortunately have other expenses which need to come first. So I cannot wait and just get one now.

Are there watches that look like this, no chronographs, classy yet a little forward. I'm looking for a watch like this under $600, it does not have to be a diver necessarily. I'm weak on understanding style, your help would be appreciated. Thank you WUS. My wrist is 7 inches, so anything larger than 40 mm looks a little big. What can I find 40 mm and under

What kind of movement are you looking for? New or used? I think you can actually get a preowned quartz seamaster for not a lot more than your budget. Otherwise, there are a lot of options, i'm sure others will chime in.
    Signatures are for crazy people.

    Looking for: SKXA53 (Black Bullet)

I wouldn't buy a watch as a substitute. I would buy a watch that you will enjoy now that will also go well as a part of a collection with the Seamaster when you eventually get it. Otherwise, you will feel like this watch is just a substitute, and then, when you do get the Seamaster, you'll feel like getting rid of this one. A few ideas:

    Seiko "Sumo" SBDC003

    Helson Shark Diver

For $600 I would get a used quartz. You will have a REAL seamaster. Not ANOTHER homage... Or you can go vintage if you want an auto. That's what I did.

Where can I find a used $600 sea master? I can't seem to find it online. Everything I see is above the 1k mark.
Auto or quartz doesn't matter for this watch.

agreed with ixbo, i have NEVER seen any seamaster model aside from the old pre bonds at 600. Cheapest seamaster ive ever seen was a beat up quartz with no box and papers for 800

I second the CW watch. Pretty close and they have a good rep on WUS.

I bought a 2531.80 a few years back for $850 that still looked brand new, though that may have been blind luck.

Ok well. What I meant was why spend the $600 when you are $200 away from a real seamaster? Let me do some searching and I bet I can find one for you. Check your local pawn shops and talk the guy down until he hates you. As long as you know it's authentic you should be fine. But there's nothing wrong with a CW if you have too.

Get a used one, quartz model will be around 1-1.5k depends on the age.

I learn it the hard way to not settling for it, save up and get the real deal.
