    My guess would be an IWC 3717, but there are a number of manufacturers that produce similar flieger chrono's that were influenced by this design

    That's definitely not a Seiko Sports military chrono..

    Archimede has a flieger chrono with a visible 9 and 3, but it's not a perfect match. Anyways, this design I believe was originally by IWC, so all of the many alternatives from Archimede, Steinhart, Fortis, etc I would consider to be homage watches
