I need to borrow your brains!! This looks like a 1980s Speedy Pro. The serial number on the movement is 48220300. There are no boxes or papers. I'm a newb so I'd like to know how much I should fork out for this one...Here are some pics...:thanks
Speedies of that vintage usually bring $1000-1200US depending upon condition.
Looking at the clasp and knowing that the watch is from the 80's, it appears that the bracelet is the rare and most desirable ref# 1450. These bracelets have sold for as much $500 by themselves. Many people buy these watches just to get the bracelet. They put an 1171/633 on the head and resell the head.
If you can get this one for under $1100US, you should be OK.
