    Ha! Thanks all. And you're right, he's a miniature schnauzer and nearly cost as much as my bloody watch! Worth it though, and the kids love him. Apparently he sheds little fur, rarely barks and bags his own poop up...we'll that's what the wife told me in sales pitch

    I have a couple of standard (middle size) schnauzers and they are awesome dogs. They shed similar to humans in that you'll find their hair on the ground but it doesn't stick to clothing or furniture. Super smart and easy to train as well. Just be sure to establish who's boss or they will run the show. Mine are salt/pepper with black face masks...yours looks like it will have a white mask...which is going to get very very dirty. :)
