Wow, this is as cheesy, if not cheesier, than something TAG might do. Who is this aimed at?

Tag Heuer ads used to be a lot better and subtle. 2005/2006 Brad Pitt Carrera or the more recent Leo ones. The new ones with Chris Hemsworth and Cara Delevingne just don't do anything for the brand other than cheapen it in my opinion. Nothing against those two celebrities but the whole lifestyle thing of don't crack under pressure just has a millennial ethos. As for the ad in question, this is why Rolex does a better job in marketing their products, they aren't as campy. The whole campaign about "(insert celebrity) Choice" is just silly. Why would any watch person care if George Clooney's Choice is the Speedmaster, the watch itself has enough merit without the endorsement. But I love Omega watches, just not their ambassadors and marketing team.

Now that's called making love to the camera. I need a shower....seriously. That is a terrible shoot. Could have just had the bear on a stool next to him or something. It would have made more sense if it was the girl in the ad.

What's wrong? Didn't you cuddle with Teddy bears at this age? :)

Or maybe show the bear being given to a thankful recipient, pretty much anything aside from this. I agree with those who don't understand how this is supposed to market a watch. And I agree that the whole ambassador thing is pointless and has to be expensive. I have never bought anything because some paid celebrity used it in an ad, from denim jeans to razor blades, I buy what I like, what fits what is available and what is the best value, but never because some celebrity or athlete appeared with it in an ad. I love bond movies, but would never buy an Omega that actually has 007 or any other movie reference on the watch. In my opinion those things hurt the watch as a brand.

Seriously? This is what gets all of your panties into a twist? It's just an ad with a brand ambassador holding a teddy bear which is tied directly into one of the company's philanthropic endeavors. I fail to see the outrage.
