    Re: Omega really?

I find it funny that Omega hired a marketing firm, which I assume is reputable and "in touch" with what the target demo wants, and this is the best thing that is thought of.

As some others have said I tend to ignore things like this .

I have yet to see the first ambassador, spokesperson, endorser, whatever we call these, who has swayed me to consider or purchase a certain product, whether it's cars, watches, cereals, running shoes, toilet paper (ok, no endorsements for the latter - that would be a ...... role) and I'm surprised still that people do. Why not sell products on their own merits?

Agreed. They give plush bears to the children preparing to undergo eye operations designed to restore their sight or correct problems before they become more serious. Certainly our masculinity isn't so fragile that we're spooked by teddy bears now?

Endorsements usually make me go the other way ie I'm likely not to buy something because of its brand ambassador. It's never made me want to buy something.

    lmao.

I'm starting to dislike Omega by the minute. The Speedy is all they've got at this point and I'm not talking about this orbis nonsense.

P.S. I still love the speedmaster prooooooo

I’ll be sickened the day Omega and/or any other watch companies start becoming “progressive”.
