Hi, all!
I purchased a used Omega Seamaster 300m Bond a few weeks ago and have been loving it so far. My one and only "concern" with the watch is the color of the hands; they look a lot more 'golden' than the hands of any Seamaster I've seen in pictures.
I asked the seller and he informed me when he received the watch (he bought it used as well) the hands were that color.
I had the watch resized at an authorized dealer the day I bought it (at that point the hands hadn't struck me as odd yet) and they didn't comment on the hands at all, just said "nice watch" and we chatted for a bit about it.
Anyways, here are some pics. I'm wondering if the hands could've merely patina'd this way or if they're truly aftermarket.
Does anyone have any insight? Much appreciated!
