Rolling eyes Re: The Perfect 3 Watch Rotation

    Mine would be:

Omega Speedster Professional (Incoming) on bracelet/leather/nato - Everyday on weekdays, Land, Holidays in cities
Longines Legend Diver On Hirsch Caoutchouc - Weekends, Water, Holidays on islands
Casio Protrek Tough Solar - Workout, Sports, Holidays on hostile zones

Thinking of purchasing a Seiko SKX013, AT 38.5mm Blue dial...but lets see if i'm happy with the current after a while

And I never have quite understood the need some have for saying the don't like the Speedmaster. Anyone care to explain? I see hundreds of watches on here each time I sign on that "leave me cold," but I never feel the need to express that.

I think the one on the right is a 42mm... is it? If so, it looks bigger than the other 42mm ones next to it. Could also be that it's sitting higher up, making it seem that way.
    Current Rotation:
    Seamaster Pro 2531.80
Planet Ocean 8500 42mm (silver numerals) on bracelet
Planet Ocean 2500D 45mm (orange numerals) on strap
Planet Ocean 2500D 45mm (silver numerals) on bracelet

Yes all 42mm larger size just too big for my wrists

May one day get the next gen to build the set but in no rush for now
Side by side the bulk seems to be the case back thickness on the 8500.

    Cheers

I think it's because it seems like such a staple watch in any collection that most people feel the need to express why they don't own one.
I myself actually bought it, wore it on and off for a year and ended up selling it simply because I didn't bond with it.

For years I never really liked the Speedy I thought the face was too busy. But over time and because of my growing interest in its history and NASA link I ended up buying one and really like it as a versatile watch. Took some years but got there in the end so I get it why some don't take to it as all.

    Each to his own

    Cheers

Re: The Perfect 3 Watch Rotation

I was thinking about this post today and decided to do a video. Now my 3 watch rotation might not be "Perfect", but it's what I can afford right now. Hopefully someday down the road some of these pieces can be upgraded to my dream watches, but for right now I'm pretty happy with these 3 watches.
