Hit the crystal on each with a hammer and see which one is "more fragile"...

I think you just about had the perfect combo listed. My personal 3 watch collection is:

    Rolex Explorer II (Land)
    Omega Aqua Terra Skyfall (Sea)
    IWC PIlot's Chronograph 3777 (Air)

Covers everything - rugged daily wear, dress, sport, etc.

Rolex Explorer II 216570 Polar White
    Rolex Milgauss 116400 Black
IWC Mark XVIII Le Petit Prince
Omega Speedmaster Professional Moonwatch - Mitsukoshi

Easy, since this is the Omega forum and I am a fanboy:

    1. PO
    2. Speedy
    3. AT

I am lucky enough to own variants of each. Doesn't stop me from looking at others.... unfortunately.

    Hmm.

    My ideal trio would be:

    - Speedmaster (chronograph and daily wear)
    - SubC (For aquatic/rougher stuff)
    - AT Skyfall/ Datejust II two-tone (Dressier options).

One down, two left to buy!
