Forgive a newbie a possibly obvious question but I was wondering if someone could tell me when Omega stopped using the 1140 calibre in the Speedmaster Reduced?

I am looking at one to purchase and wanted to know a date range. Any flaws I should be watching out for in a watch with that calibre?
