Seriously, when I first came around these forums I saw all this love for the Speedy and it never clicked for me. I kept saving for my dream/grail 2220.80 and whistled my little tune along the way, but then something happened. The more I read your posts and looked at your pictures the more I became infected by your passion and as if overnight the Speedy started creaping into my thoughts, calling out to me and now I can't help but think of how sexy the Speedy is and how I really do need another chrono in my collection... still saving for my first Omega and because you all I am pretty sure I'll celebrate the purchase of my SMP with the initiation of a Speedy fund.

Damn you Speedy owners, damn you.

This happened to me I had already bought my SMP and speedy didnt really do it for me. So one day I went into an AD and tried it on and was sold.

I sold my 2225.80 exactly one month after acquiring it in order to purchase a Speedy. I also couldn't help myself after seeing all of the photos on this forum.

This forum already has had an adverse effect on my bank account. Prior to joining I owned one watch, since joining I've been gifted one and bought and sold three... with no end in sight.

But the Speedy with all the various options and styles and ... sigh, "Hi, my name is Josh and I've got an addiction"
