Now that's what I have been thinking of for my next project watch - white dial, black hands.

As for the bezel on the other watch, that one is commonly referred to as the "deci-bezel" and divides each minute into 100 segments:




It's a great bezel for professionals who charge by the hour; i.e., attorneys, accountants.
