Best strap for clammy hot weather?

Really like my recent SNE437P1 purchase. I know it's not a collectors model being solar but it suits my purpose.

I'm in the UK and we don't usually have prolonged periods of really hot weather. Today it hit 30 and there is more to come. Whilst I like the stock bracelet I've found it a little uncomfortable in this humid heat we are having and when my wrist becomes hot and clammy under it, it's nothing major but I'm just a little irritated by the bracelet.

Is there such a thing as a strap that is more suited to hot weather that I can switch to during hot periods and if so, what would you recommend to complement this diver?

I recently switched my seiko srp779 turtle from the jubilee bracelet back to its stock silicone strap for this reason since wearing my oris aquis on bracelet it just soaked in the heat. I'd say get a rubber or silicone strap.

I feel the same with bracelet on my SRP775. I enjoy the Borealis Isofane style on hot days here in SoCal. Currently in a week long heat wave

Perlon (real Eulit Perlon, not one of the crappy Nylon "Perlon" straps sold by the cheaper sites. I've got bracelets, rubber straps, ToxicNATO Zulu, Leather, etc. and none of them react to moisture as well as my Eulit Perlon strap. The material is so breathable without any water retention that I can submerge it and have it pretty much dry at the same time my uncovered skin. Not the mention to fine-grained adjustment works well if your wrist swells and contracts a bit when you have big swings between AC and sweltering heat.

Thanks, do you have a pic and a link to a site that sells real ones?

Bracelets for me are sweaty and slip around, the rubber straps don't slip but are also uncomfortable sweaty, leather doesn't feel right at the moment, but the green MN strap (nylon/latex weave) is comfortable enough near 30 degrees c.
Erica's Originals sells those in different sizes (20-22mm, green and black). The black strap has a different weave, is a little thicker and slightly more rough.

Yep it's hot so bolt on a rubber strap!! It's def the way to go, plus when it starts raining again on Tuesday you have it covered as well!!

It depends on whether you want a strap that's comfortable to wear (read: not sweaty) or one that won't retain water and thus will be easy to keep clean. For the former, I like thinner NATOs. Perlons would work as well. For the latter, you can't beat rubber, though rubber gets a little sweaty and sticky in the summer because it doesn't breathe.

Clockwork Synergy offers these 2-piece NATO type, made from woven nylon, which I like because they don't make your watch ride several mm higher on your wrist, like a traditional NATO. They breathe well and dry very quickly, and are available in a wide range of sizes and colors.
