    Brushed vs. Polished stainless steel

I've seen some watch description saying its either brushed or polished stainless steel but Im totally ignorant on the difference between the two. I have a Seiko SNP005P1, is it an example of a brushed or polished stainless steel. Could somebody post a picture of an example of a polished and brushed SS. Thanks

With polished metal, you should be able to see your reflection off of it. Brushed metal has faint parallel scratch lines on the surface and is much less reflective.
