Changing the crystal on a Seiko SBDC001

I want to change the crystal on a Seiko sumo to a sapphire one but I need someone in the Los Angeles area who can do it and make sure afterwards it still waterproof.

I would greatly appreciate any suggestions.

    Thanks.

Call "Time Zone" in Costa Mesa. Frank has done at least 6 sapphire's for me over the years.
