You might want to contact them and ask that. That said, Paypal funded from a credit card is probably the safest way to go, followed by a credit card.

I am millimeters from pulling the trigger!

    HELP!
I think you just have to email them with what you want, then they email you back with the details on how to order or just send you a PayPal invoice. I haven't purchased from them, yet, but I have sent them several emails of inquiry and they have been very responsive and helpful, each time. If/when I buy a new JDM watch, I'd probably go through them.

    Thank you for your advice.

I just emailed them and received an immediate response from Webmaster Makoto, and he attached an official credit card form on which all I had to do was give my credit card information so that they can verify it. Once verified, the watch will be shipped out. No need to go through PayPal (an option), which was what I was trying to avoid. They make it easy to order.

I'll report back on the watch as soon as I receive it -- an Alpinist SARB015 with the black dial.

    Thanks, again.

Well, you have got to act fast with these guys. Yesterday I was looking at http://c-watch.co.jp/ww/prg40.html The PRG-40SJ-1JFwas $188. Today it's 195. The PRX-2000T-7JF was $798. Today it's $848.
Let's see what tomorrow brings :)

They adjust their prices regularly based on the USD-Yen exchange rate.
You just happen to experience one of these adjustments.
Unfortunately the prices have gone up quite a bit in the last year.
I still remember a time when you could have a new Sumo for 400$.

JDM watch purchases are unappealing to me at this point in time. The exchange rate simply sucks.

Thumbs Up Re: Chino Watch Company?

    Hi,

I bought my Sumo, SBDC001, from them 3 months ago before the price increase for UDS485. The price included EMS shipping.

The service and response I received was perfect.
My watch arrived in spotless condition with box and all papers and an international warrantee.

I will definitely use them again.

    Cheers.

True. I just noticed the PRX-2000T-7JF has dropped from $848 to $815

Ordered Casio GXW56KG-3JF and CHINO delivered to my house in New York in 2 1/2 days. Incredible watch - awesome service from this company. Definitely would order thru CHINO again.

Chino is the third of the major Japanese dealers that deliver internationally. Seiya (usually the most expensive but with splendid service), Higuchi (usually the cheapest and with splendid service) and Chino (prices are competitive and with SPLENDID service). Retailers could take a lesson or two from these three companies on how to treat customers.
