I'm no expert on vintage Citizen chronos, but all the 8110s and similar 9119s that I remember seeing have the black around the bezel. Whether they made an all SS variant, I don't know. Since the first one says the case was polished, it's possible that they removed the black coating during the process.

It originally had a black bezel. The black paint wears off quite easily. Mine started flaking, so I picked off the rest of it, which I imagine is waht has happened to this one.

I bought mine from your second seller and I was satisfied. The watch was OK and shipping was fast. I must say that I live in South-East Asia, so shipping from a seller in Thailand or in the Philippines is much faster for me than from a seller in the USA.

Cheers!

The second seller is Thailand Based Seller, Sophon. You be well advised to stay away from him as he is a notorious junk peddler with a long documented history on watch forums.

was the watch 'mint' as he described? have you checked the movement? I had a slight idea of his reputation but his feedback seems acceptable
