    Citizen Windsurfing D060 and D120

    Hi,

which of these two watches do you like more? I have them both (my "treasures", haha), but I cannot say which one is my favourite... The D120 supports dual time zones and/or time + date in one display. The D060 has the 1/10 sec octagonal display and looks more "modern" with the shape of it's bezel and the polished sides. The band of the D060 is non original stainless steel band, that I will change probably against an original citizen model. The D120 has a brand new battery installed and an original brand new rubber-style band (with the "wind-triangle")

The D060 (left) or the D120 (right)

Both are in "as new" condition, the D 120 still has the hologramme sticker on it's backside. Also I have the original manuals of both watchess.

I have the D60 model except that it's case is black and it came on a rubber strap. Unfortunately it died after I took it diving for a week in Cozumel back in about 1989. My wife and I dove two times a day for six days in 70 feet to 100 feet of water and it worked fine the whole time we were there, but about a month later it croaked. I still have it and think it was kind of cool.

Oh I forgot about that hologramme sticker. Mine wore off years ago.
I too also have the manual. It's a small booklet.

Hi, now I removed the old stainless steel band from the D060 and attached a very basic silicone band. I think, it fits perfectly, what do you think? Better or worder than before? In my opinion, it looks even more elegant than the original rubber-thing.

I like the overall look of the D060. Why? I can't put a finger on it.

Only 10bars for a windsurfing watch? Fail.
