Which one of the two has smaller dial? The reason I ask is because I have rather thin wrist, 6.5", so the smaller the dial is the better for me appearance wise.
:thanks

There is no difference. They are pretty much interchangeable between the two. The 007 bezel is a little thinner in width, but not enough to really affect anything. If you are asking which wears smaller then I would say the 007.

My wife buys dogs and I buy watches and to date I have never stepped in watch poop!

The crystal of the Monster is about 1.5 mm smaller than the 007, but the Monster 's bezel is wider. The overall dimensions of the 2 are nearly identical. The Monster probably has the illusion of being larger because of the first link flares out to 24 mm and the general angular/chunky design of the case compared to the smooth and gentle slope of the 007 case.
Both can work well with smaller wrists because the short lugs won't hang over the wrist. Of the 2, the 007 has the shortest lug to lug at 46mm compared to just under 48mm on the Monster.
You can't go wrong with either. The stock bracelets on the 007 can be a little disappointing, but there are some after market options. The watch itself is a classic Seiko design. The bracelet on the Monster alone is worth the price of the entire watch, but the styling is not everyone's cup of tea.
