    Loose chapter ring

So I bought a modded SKX007 with a polished chapter ring already installed.

When the watch arrived I started disassembling it and noticed that there was some gap between the chapter ring and crystal and the chapter ring was rattling around.

I assumed that the crystal just wasn't pressed in all the way so I used my crystal press but couldn't press it in any farther.

Any ideas other than securing the chapter ring with a little glue?

do it have any dial feet(the original one)?

epoxy glue would be my weapon of choice.

curt, what did you use to fix that chapter ring? my 031 seems to have the same problem.. installed a sapphire and noticed there was still a gap between it and the chapter ring.. i put the hardlex back in to see if it was just the sapphire, but it wasnt.. i dont know what could cause this, but would love a fix.. i guess some epoxy would work but i wonder if theres another way.. thanks!

A couple of dial dots should also work.
