    My Seiko Arnie, H588 5000

Arnie is on the transplant list awaiting his new block coil. It's due soon.

    Get well soon, lil Arnie.
All I have is the Casio ana-digi AMW320R. It's no Arnie, but it scratches the itch.

I will let you guys know if the transplant works. If it does I will send pics after I get a new shroud.

This piece already has an organ transplantation history: the back cover comes from a JDM H558-5000 while the dial is a US H558-5009 one.

I never noticed that. I purchased it new from a jewelry store in Chicago. Is this a good thing? I'm not selling it so I'm only curious.

It doesn't matter at all, apart from the "DIVER'S" writing on the dial, it's the exact same watch.
    Edit:
It could be that your seller imported it from Europe, where this "mix" was common.
