No I have it loose. I have a 6.5" (16.5 cm) wrist with I think 3-4 links removed. I can squeeze two fingers under the clasp. If I take another link off it I have to have the clasp extended by 1 or two clicks or its uncomfortable after a few minutes. So it's sized looser than I'd like, but it doesn't rotate on my wrist or anything. A half link would get me exactly where I need to be. I don't think the wet suit extension should be used unless you're actually in a wetsuit. The clasps gets too wide once I have it out a click or two.

I have the Citizen Excalibur (BN0100-51E) on the same bracelet and have the same problem. I've tried re-sizing them many times adding and then removing a link and having them a bit looser is the way to go unfortunately.

Judging by the difference in wrist size of 1/2 an inch less than mine and knowing I took 3 links off I would suggest you only need to take 2 links off and do the final adjusting with the ratchet, try it see if that works for you, I hope it does.

I think you're doing the math wrong...lol. Your wrist is 1cm larger so I also have 3 links removed. If I only removed 2 links it would be way too loose.

With four removed it fits good at first but starts to tighten as my wrist swells. I could use the ratchet but I didn't like how it makes the clasp longer than it already is. But maybe I'll try it again as I don't like the watch sliding up and down my wrist either. I'm just afraid that sizing it to small will put too much pressure on the bracelet links and snap a pin.

Finally decided to get the blue Prime from eBay during the sale (for $134, mentioned a few pages before). It arrived on Monday and, in a curious coincidence, the battery in my old Casio finally died the same day (it stopped a couple of times before, but kept running afterwards), so I grabbed the new Citizen.

It's a large watch, but it doesn't seem to be too large. This is how it looks on my small 6.3' wrist:

The second hand hits the marks perfectly. The strap is comfortable, but way too long for me, the end sticks out a lot. It would probably fit under a shirt cuff when on a proper strap, but not with the stock one. Cutting it, I suppose, would make it look ugly. So now I'm thinking about getting a couple of NATO straps for it...

Oops! You are correct I was doing the calculation backwards
