Right, you just need to figure out what works best for you.

What beer do you drank while conducting these strap changes?

(just trying to get this thread to 50 pages!)

For this watch, pretty much any common (medium size folk tip) spring bar tools would work as the tip of the spring bars are relatively wider.

Ok, opened it. The watch is feels lighter than expected, the crown releases after 2 full rotations, size feels great for s 42mm, actually smaller than other 42s I have. Bezel clicks ok, less clicks than a sub. Date change requires many rotations to change the date. Nice brush case finish. Strap feels cheap and flimsy. Overall, good value and I think it will be easy to get used to it. Second hand moves like a Quartz (my first Eco drive)

Thanks Hiro & Co. for this great find!
Now that I got a blue dial, need to get me an orange one... Skx011 or... suggestions will be appreciated.
Obris Morgan explorer ii in Orange would be nice...
    Thanks for looking everyone!

I never owned an orange dial but it seems to me that a lot of them are a faded, lime-orange thing. I was thinking of the Orient Ray in orange, that one looks like a nice shade of orange, similar to what you find on the Doxas.

Yeah, I like the Orient Ray in Orange, cleaner looks than the SKX and more comfortable, it seems. I tried the SKX007, but did not like the feel, it did not sit well on my wrist.
The ONLY thing I dislike is the Golden lions! Does anyone know how to remove those lions? There was an old mod thread from "Angelo" , he removed the lions and looked so much cleaner!
Imagine how nice the Black Ray Raven would look without those gold lions... just a thought... Help, anyone... lol.

Can't wait to get home and switch straps while drinking some IPA's... Btw, I'm liking this watch more and more by the minute!
