    old school seiko

This is my late eighties vintage worldtimer.

I have had it since I graduated from high school nearly twenty years ago. It was a gift from my parents. I have worn it nearly everyday since, however I am getting a bit sentimental about it as I have a new Omega on order.

Let me know what you think!

Pretty good shape for a 20 year old watch.

Very nice. Your watch is part of the age of Discovery collection from that time. Most had a nautical and/or classic theme to them. Here is an add for yours:

for the rest of the collection check out this site:

Thanks! I had the crystal replaced by seiko about 10 years ago, and numerous new bands, this one is a hirsch which I thought looked like the original.

    Thank Isthmus!!

I appreciate the link! and the picture! I had picked out the newest strap (I have been through a bunch) based on my recollection of what the original looked like. Mine is just a bit darker but could otherwise almost pass for stock. You get lucky sometimes !http://www.watchuseek.com/site/image.../icon_wink.gif
