While this watch has a specific bracelet that is nice, the rubber is much more comfortable for me. The look isn't too bad, I guess. It will probably grow on me. I bought it from Chino in Japan. Highly recommendable.![]()

My latest thoughts are to ditch the 20mm Pure, pick up a new 24mm pure. I would have to notch it to fit, but, I think that I could do it. It would probably improve the strap to case ratio. Thoughts?
Congrats. I really dig these retro feeling digi's.
Looks good on the wrist as is.
Yup a 24mm would look really good too and be more balanced.
Enjoy the retroness. ;)

Congrats~Looks really comfortable, cheers!![]()
Notching the Pure is very simple, sharp kraft knife, steady hand, job done !!! Post some pics when done for a comparison, sure the 24mm will do the trick

I bought the Hirsch Pure 24mm for my Aqualand, and though it looks quite nice I have to say I can not recommend it for this watch. The spring bars hardly fit into the tube. It's hard work to get them into the tube and it feels like pulling nails out of a hardwood board when I try to remove them from the strap. Also the strap is pretty short. And the rubber is so non-slip, it takes ages to push the strap through the loops. I guess it's just not made for a dive watch, despite it's quality...
After some wavering, I decided to try it on the 24mm Pure. I was concerned about having visable cut marks on the strap where I notched it. It is pretty close and some of the notch is visable but not too bad.
I think that it looks at least better than the 20mm. I had some help in figuring out a solution and I do appreciate this forums gracious members.
Oh boy. I love the look and the watch is very comfortable. I would not recommend notching this band for this watch, though. I am very disappointed that the rubber strap is starting to split at the corners of the notch. Dang. Back to the drawing board!
Very nice on the Hirsch Pure. Here is what I did with a Maratac Elite (very difficult to fit it on the case!!!)

Cool! Thanks for posting. It looks like this strap comes pre-notched? The hidden lugs on this watch make it difficult to change straps, for sure.
